To the extent possible pods should be maintained consistently from week to week but the composition of each pod may be adjusted if necessary. In this event social distance must be maintained between pods at all times and no mixing or contact between pods is permitted. With a fifteen person squad, for example, coaches may prefer to have three pods of 5 rather than two and a half pods of 6.
